Summer is almost here !!

With the high cost of utilities now a days, you can't afford not to do this minor maintenance. Also remember that with Obama's new stimulus program, there will be great incentives to get a more efficient system this year, so call your heat and air company and ask them what kind of tax rebates for high efficiency equipment.
