Summer is almost here !!

Summer will be here before we know it. Please check your filters and rinse out your outside unit so that you are ready when it gets here. If you can't do it yourself, you need to hire a professional, licensed heat and air technician to do it for you. With the high cost of utilities now a days, you can't afford not to do this minor maintenance. Also remember that with Obama's new stimulus program, there will be great incentives to get a more efficient system this year, so call your heat and air company and ask them what kind of tax rebates for high efficiency equipment. First Day of Spring !!!!

Well the duct cleaning special wasn't all that we had hoped but it has picked up here the closer we get to summer. Remember to check your filters and spray out your outside unit and turn it on before the heat gets here. It is better to know if there is a problem before the day it gets to be 100*.
