Winter servicing of heat and air systems!

Well , summer is now over and fall has begun in Oklahoma. Don't forget to check your filters before turning on your furnaces !!! And if you know anyone thinking of getting new equipment, please remind them that the economic stimulus program ends at the end of this year (2009).

Well it is nearly the end of July here in Oklahoma. The weather hasn't been to hot here this year, but business is still good. I think everyone listened to me about filters, because there have been just a few calls with the filters being the cause. So someone has listened!! LOL

Ahh !!! Sweet Summertime !!!

Well, the phone has finally started ringing here at the shop. Noone has been using their heat or air units lately, because of the cool temps and all the rain. The temperatures have finally hit the low 80's and everyone will be using their air conditioners this week for sure and with Memorial Day Weekend coming up I am sure there will be even more calls in the next few days for us to come and service or repair their air conditioning units before the company arrives. I got no response on my last post for any a/c related questions or problems you may be having, so I will say it again , If you have any questions please ask, and if I do not know the answer, I will ask my main service technician ( who is also the owner and principal officer of the company ) for the answer and post it as soon as possible. Warmth finally arrives in Oklahoma !!

Warmth finally comes to Oklahoma !!! Well, this week it is finally supposed to warm up some here in the plain states. Remember to check your filters and outside coils before turning
on your air conditioning. If you have any questions, please post to blog and I will try and answer them.

Summer is almost here !!

Summer will be here before we know it. Please check your filters and rinse out your outside unit so that you are ready when it gets here. If you can't do it yourself, you need to hire a professional, licensed heat and air technician to do it for you. With the high cost of utilities now a days, you can't afford not to do this minor maintenance. Also remember that with Obama's new stimulus program, there will be great incentives to get a more efficient system this year, so call your heat and air company and ask them what kind of tax rebates for high efficiency equipment. First Day of Spring !!!!

Well the duct cleaning special wasn't all that we had hoped but it has picked up here the closer we get to summer. Remember to check your filters and spray out your outside unit and turn it on before the heat gets here. It is better to know if there is a problem before the day it gets to be 100*. If any of you have any marketing ideas that I can try for our business, please reply with your ideas, I am open for suggestions. I will post more later
